Change in Residential Units’ Billing Cycle & Meter Reading Procedures”

Estimated Monthly “ eBill 

Dear Customer,

As a part of Royal Gas’s continuous efforts to enhance our services, to achieve the best environmental practices and maintaining our customers’ satisfaction; kindly note that we have recently updated our Residential units billing cycle & meter reading procedures as follows:

  • Billing Cycle: We are introducing the estimated monthly billing method for our valued customers to ease the payment. The monthly Estimated bill will be software-generated based on last six-month consumption.
  • Meter Reading Procedures: we will be conducting Once a year an actual meter reading exercise by getting the access to your Premises and registering the Gas Meter Reading. The same will be updated on your account accordingly.  

Once a gas bill is issued; you will receive notification by SMS to your registered mobile and by email.

If you want to avoid the estimated meter readings; you may update your Actual Gas Meter Reading by login our website and apply your “Self-Meter Reading Photo”. Therefore, your account will be updated as per the actual current gas meter reading and it will be reflected in your next bill.


If you are not a registered customer, please register now. and you would be entitled to the following facilities:

  •  To check your gas bill
  •  To check your outstanding balance
  •  To pay your bills by online
  •  To update gas meter reading by yourself
